Customer + vehicle records are deduplicated into one record per customer and VIN — the single source your whole store works from.
Value & payoff
Each vehicle gets a market value and an amortized payoff — remaining balance computed from price, term, rate and months elapsed — to derive true equity.
Score 0–100
The upgrade score weights equity (≈50% equity ⇒ full marks), the 2.5–4.5-year ownership sweet-spot, term progress past 60%, and sub-12k-mi/yr usage.
