United States · Connected Vehicle Intelligence

The most disruptive technology to ever hit automotive.

One brain across sales, service and F&I — on infrastructure your group owns.

CarConnective fuses your DMS, CRM, the live market — and the vehicle itself — into one intelligence that never drops a lead, never misses a bay, and never leaves margin on a deal. 38 modules working as one, on infrastructure your group owns outright. Not rented. Not shared. Yours. TCPA, DPPA and GLBA-safe by design.

Built for US retail

The rules a franchise store actually lives under.

Every message, data read and deal is measured against the statutes that apply to a US franchise store — not a generic checkbox. The connected-vehicle data layer beneath the platform is independently certified — SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 — with AES-256 encryption and annual penetration testing.

TCPA

Consent, DNC and contactable-hours enforced on every outbound message.

GLBA

Safeguards for non-public financial information across the deal.

DPPA

Vehicle title, odometer and history only — never owner PII.

FTC

Advertising and UDAP checks on listings, pricing and disclosures.

How it works

Every source in. The right action out.

One intelligence sits between the systems your group already runs and the actions that make money — on one fused record, one valuation, one payment. Hover or tap any source or department to trace it.

The data layer

Vehicle data on certified infrastructure.

Our platform is engineered to the SOC 2 control set with its Type II audit underway. The connected-vehicle data layer beneath it goes further — it is already independently certified, the assurance a data-conscious group expects before a single vehicle is ever connected.

Every make · one connection

The signal nobody else has: the vehicle itself.

Owner-consented and software-only — no dongles, no OBD hardware, nothing fitted to the car. One connection reads the live vehicle across 40+ automakers, from mainstream to luxury to EV: oil life, mileage, battery and charge state, tyre pressure and fault codes. That is the difference between guessing a service is due and knowing it — and between a trade conversation timed by a mailer and one timed by the car. We never request location. Not coarse, not "for analytics" — the platform does not ask for the scope at all.

One brain · every department

38 modules. Six departments. One intelligence.

34 of the 38 directly replace a tool or service you rent today — all on the same brain, the same data, the same engines. A signal in service surfaces a trade in sales, and the whole group moves as one.

What is actually happening

Your service drive is leaking. Not because of your people.

We are not going to guess your numbers on a website. These are published US figures — check every one of them.

0%

of owners with a vehicle two years old or newer returned to the dealership for service — down from 72% two years earlier.

Cox Automotive Service Industry Study
$0k

is the cost Cox puts on a single lost service customer. Buyers who return for service are far likelier to buy their next car from you.

Cox Automotive Fixed Ops & Ownership Study, 2026
0%

is the dealer share of service visits, down from 33% — 12% fewer visits than 2018, as customers drift to general repair.

The NODE

Your group's own node. Not a row in a shared table.

Most dealer software makes you a tenant in somebody else's system, which means somebody else's bad day becomes yours. In June 2024 a single ransomware attack on one DMS provider took nearly 15,000 dealerships offline for close to three weeks — the Anderson Economic Group put direct dealer losses at around $1.02bn. Not one of those businesses did anything wrong.

Isolated

A dedicated database and network boundary for your group. One group's incident cannot reach another group's data — or another group's uptime.

Resilient

Your node holds a working copy of your operating data. If something upstream goes dark the service drive keeps writing repair orders, and reconciles when the link returns.

Networked

Nodes exchange signal, never raw records. Fraud patterns and benchmarks travel between them; the customer file never leaves the node it belongs to.

See the infrastructure

Stop renting tools. Own the intelligence.

Thirty minutes with the founder. A few questions about your store, then the modules that fit it — working, not on a slide. Nothing to prepare, and an honest answer on whether now is the right time.
